Booking a call
Our enquiry links open Calendly. To book, you provide the name, email, selected time and any answers requested by the booking form. Dotgrey uses these details to organise the meeting and respond to your professional enquiry, on the basis of its legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Fields marked as required are necessary to complete the booking. Please do not include source code, credentials or confidential product details.
The recipients are Dotgrey staff handling your enquiry and the providers used for scheduling and communications. Calendly processes the information submitted on its service; connected calendar and email services may receive the invitation details. Calendly privacy notice.
Checklists and templates
The checklists and templates are available directly, without an email address or account. Opening or downloading them does not subscribe you to marketing emails and does not create a named lead record.
Hosting, logs and cookies
Vercel hosts these pages and downloads. Technical request information, including IP addresses, may be processed to deliver and secure the service. These CRA pages do not add advertising or analytics cookies. Calendly is opened only when you follow a booking link and has its own cookie choices. Vercel privacy notice.
Retention and international processing
Enquiry and booking information is retained for the time needed to arrange the meeting, handle the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Records needed for legal obligations or claims may be retained for the applicable period. You can request deletion using the contact below. Provider notices describe their retention criteria and processing locations; Calendly and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and portability where applicable.
